Proper Nutrition for Women's Beauty

A woman’s beauty is equivalent to her health. A beautiful figure, even skin tone, beautiful hair and nails are signs of the stable functioning of internal organs, hormonal balance and metabolism. Proper nutrition with healthy foods can rejuvenate and prolong life.

Nutrition Rules

  • Eat more often and less. The optimal number of meals is 4-6 per day, portions should be no more than 200-300 grams.
  • The diet should include liquid food. Try to drink natural vegetable juices every day.
  • Proper distribution throughout the day. The most caloric food should be at lunch, while dinner should be light. It is necessary to eat more than 3 hours before bedtime.
  • Sufficient amount of water. It is especially important for women to drink at least 1.5 - 2 liters of water per day.
  • One fasting day a week. Periodic fasting relieves the body of unnecessary toxins and energizes it for a week.
  • Less salt and sugar. Sugar nowadays, unfortunately, is present in almost all products, so you should not additionally add it to drinks or food. This also applies to salt.

Healthy Foods

  • Steamed vegetables are perfectly satiating and can be both a side dish and an independent dish;
  • Fresh fruits and vegetables are best consumed in the first half of the day, as their digestion requires a lot of time for the body;
  • Onions and garlic are necessary for strengthening immunity and cleansing the blood;
  • Lemon in small quantities is a source of vitamin C. It can also be used as a substitute for salt;
  • Herbal teas for detoxification of the body;
  • Salmon is a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids, so necessary for women’s health and beauty;
  • Oatmeal, for the normalization of metabolic processes in the body.
