Many ask me how I meditate. I think everyone will agree that throughout our journey called life, we all find ourselves in situations where we are defeated, we are hurt, we are betrayed, we are unhappy, lonely, angry and so on. I realized that in my difficult times, my inner strength is more accessible than ever. I would like to share a simple meditation that helps me connect with my inner energy and endure difficult times.

First, I stand in a pose that took me a lot of effort and time to master. It is important that you can stand in this pose for at least 5 minutes. Depending on your preparation, choose a pose that suits you.

The first few minutes I think about the unpleasant problem I encountered and keep these feelings in the foreground.

Then for one minute I tell the feelings to leave my body. After that, I imagine how the feelings leave me and dance before me. Lightness fills me shortly after that.

In the next minute I try to create a cozy place for these feelings. I found out that resistance only makes them stronger. I allow these feelings to develop and imagine the worst-case scenario if I stayed with these feelings.

Then I tell myself that I have perfect power over these feelings and imagine the best possible way out of my problematic situation. I spend the last minute thanking myself, feeling physical health and mental strength. Try it with me! Try it, what do you have to lose?
