Any information exchanged between the Parties while using the Site’s resources is considered confidential information. Purpose of processing personal data:
- Processing incoming requests from individuals for the purpose of providing consultation;
- Analyzing the actions of individuals on the website and the functioning of the website;
- Conducting advertising and news mailings. The user gives permission to the Site Administration for the collection, processing, and storage of their personal data, as well as for the sending of text and graphic information of an advertising nature. The Parties agree to comply with this agreement, which regulates the legal relations related to the establishment, modification, and termination of the confidentiality regime regarding the personal information of the Parties and not to disclose confidential information to third parties. The Site Administration collects two types of information about the User:
- Personal information that the User voluntarily disclosed to the Site Administration for the purpose of using the Site’s resources;
- Technical information automatically collected by the Site’s software during visits. During the User’s visit to the Site, the support service automatically gains access to information from standard server logs. This includes the User’s computer IP address (or proxy server if used to access the internet), the name of the internet service provider, domain name, browser type and operating system, information about the site from which the User transitioned to the Site, the pages of the Site that the User visits, the date and time of these visits, and files that the User downloads. This information is analyzed programmatically in an aggregated (anonymized) form for traffic analysis and is used to develop proposals for its improvement and development. The connection between the IP address and the User’s personal information is never disclosed to third parties, except in cases required by the legislation of the country in which the User is a resident. The Site Administration takes the protection of Users’ personal data very seriously and never provides Users’ personal information to anyone, except in cases where this is explicitly required by an authorized state body (for example, by written request from a court). All personal information of the User is used to communicate with them, to fulfill transactions made between Users of the Site using the Site’s resources, to analyze the Site’s traffic, to develop proposals for its improvement and development, and may be disclosed to other third parties only with their permission. The Site Administration implements protection of Users’ personal information using generally accepted security methods to ensure protection against loss, distortion, and unauthorized dissemination of information. Security is implemented through network protection software, access verification procedures, the use of cryptographic means of information protection, and compliance with privacy policies. The Site has implemented a user identification technology based on the use of cookies. Cookies are small-sized files stored on the User’s computer by the web browser. Files cookies may be recorded on the computer used by the User to access the Site, which will subsequently be used for automatic authorization, as well as for collecting statistical data, particularly about the Site’s traffic. The Site Administration does not store personal data or passwords in cookies. The User has the right to prohibit the storage of cookies on the computer used to access the Site by appropriately configuring their browser. However, it should be noted that all services using this technology may become unavailable. The processing of personal data may be terminated at the request of the subject of personal data by sending a statement to the email address or written statement to the addresses indicated on the site.
