After giving birth, like many mothers, I faced postpartum depression. No mood, I snapped at loved ones for any reason, constant lack of sleep and fatigue. A friend suggested going to yoga, that it helped her a lot to cope with such problems. I went to the first class and left with a completely different mood. It really relaxes so much, all problems fade into the background and some peace and quiet comes. It's hard to describe all the emotions from the lesson, I will go again and advise all mothers. Yoga is a great way to put your nervous system in order, without drugs and doctors.

It seems to me that yoga is designed to strengthen the spirit and normalize the psyche. People who practice yoga are more resilient and tolerate stress more easily.
